As the ITE York University Student Chapter is a new club, we are looking for sponsors to help us provide the educational services that will help shape future transportation professionals.
Our student chapter can provide advertisement opportunities on our website, social media pages, newsletter, and event presentations. It is also possible to sponsor specific events or elements of our student chapter. For sponsored events, all event documentation (advertisements, posts, presentations, etc) will reflect the sponsorship.
In addition to financial resources, sponsorship can exist in the form of food or drink donations for the events, safety equipment for field trips, merchandise for club members, and/or donations of time to speak or teach at one of our events.

Event Sponsorship
If you are interested in sponsoring a specific event or partnering with us to deliver content, please contact us at ite@yorku.ca. We can find an event for you to sponsor that suits your company. Event sponsors can have their company name in the event title, logo in the event presentation and advertising, and can include banners and advertising at the event location.
Food/Beverage Sponsorship
If you would like to supply your food or beverage product to our events we will name you as an official sponsor. We will exclusively use your supplied brand, advertising can be included on the refreshment table, and your company logo will be included on all of the presentations your food or beverages are supplied for. You will also be listed as a sponsor in the newsletter and the website. If you are interested in this, please contact us at ite@yorku.ca.
Safety Sponsorship
Our club is looking for more safety equipment for our upcoming field trips. If you are interested in supplying hard hats, safety glasses, vests, and/or other safety equiptment we will name your company as an official safety sponsor. You can include your logo on the safety equipment as long as ITE York University Student Chapter logos can also be used. If you are interested in being a safety sponsor, please contact us at ite@yorku.ca.
Donations
If you are interested in making a donation, please send an email to ite@yorku.ca. We currently cannot offer charity receipts for tax purposes. Cheques can be written to "ITE York University Student Chapter" and can be mailed to:
